LORE

LORE means “tradition” in Latin.
Since childhood, the owner Tsuchiya has been in touch with hospitality industry.
Tsuchiya’s father has run a restaurant, his grand parents ran a butcher and his relatives own Japanese-style hotel.
We would be more than happy to share this passion passed down from generation to generation in LORE.
